Motrad sales team comprises of Experience sales managers and retails Sales personnel.

Each of the region is expected to be managed by the sales managers by creating more distributors and manage the existing once. Our retail sales/channel development personnel will deal with creating more channels and continually growing customer base at the retail end. PUSHING SECONDARY SALES.

Modern trade sales team will focus on developing Channels in this category and managing relationships.

Our Team

We are  made up of an experience team, our CEO is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience in FMCG industry. He has managed several functions in various businesses for these numbers of years.

Our sales team comprises of experienced men & women as well, they have deep understanding of the business strategies and a rich knowledge of the market structure in Nigeria, both traditional and modern trade.

Managing our people and finances are equally important to us as a business, these units within our structure are managed by outsourced professionals.

In other to serve our customers better, our supply chain is managed by two different outsourced companies : IWS & DTSS. IWS is in charge of our warehouse while DTSS is responsible for distribution across the country.
